Travis Somerland is an undercover cop who is working for Murtrie Corp he has gotten very close to the CEO’s executive assistant Judy, maybe to close when everything goes south very quickly, he finds himself out of a job and recovering when his former boss recommends him for another job as chauffeur for a very wealthy family, the Clapton’s but again after a big celebrity party there are deaths and Travis finds himself embedded in trying to find out what happened that night and again his life and many more end up in danger, will he survive this time?
This is an epic story of wealth, deceit, murder and so much more between two big families, there are twists and turns all throughout the story, with chapters going back years and getting the narrative from a few different characters, I do know that this one kept me turning the pages till the very end and is one that I highly recommend to any lover of a good Aussie crime, mystery thriller, it kept me on the edge of my seat.
