I have been eagerly awaiting a new T M Clark book and it has arrived and can I say it is brilliant, what a story, set in South Africa this one is about child trafficking and for anyone who loves a story filled with suspense, danger and awesome characters then this is the book to pick up, a must read.

When eleven year old Akina Curtis is kidnapped in Cape Town her father Curtis a corruption fighting tycoon wants her found and he hires a friend of his Rowan Zachery to find her at any cost, Rowan needs help as this is his first visit to South Africa and he wants the best and that is Chrystal Booysen retired security contractor, who is now happily working on her family game stud farm, Chrystal agrees to help, how can she not and together they uncover a child trafficking ring, but every day brings danger to Akina and the many other children who have been kidnapped and they must find her.

Chrystal and Rowan with their team uncover so much, there are so many illegal rings all over South Africa from poaching to gun running and it appears that some are connected with the child trafficking, but what they turn up also throws doubt on Chrystal’s once childhood best friend Stella-Rose now Mother Stella-Rose Naude, could she be linked as well and who else?

This story is awesome and I do highly recommend it, Chrystal is a fabulous character her strength, courage and determination had me cheering her on as I did for Rowan as well never giving up, but will they get Akina before it is too late? There are so many characters in this story, Busi the Sangoma plays a part, I thought she was fabulous as well, and I am really looking forward to more stories to come from MS Clark, set in South Africa, she does them so well as it is her home country. L loved this one from start to finish.

My thanks to the author for my digital copy to read and review.
